Bcoz love always needs second person..the meaning of the word 'love' is justified only when it communicate with the person u love.. If u love some one and u dont want to know him/her ur love, it is not LOVE that is a feeling something stranger to me.. may be the statement given above is wrong in others case as well as urs.. but I do beleive that !!
well, i guess its more like an undying piece of fire which only needs a spark to start...It grows, burns,leaves scars and ashes ..but never dies out completely..

except in exceptional cases, love is like a piece of burning charcoal. If you remove it from the fire, it will stop burning after sometime...
